There are lists of movies being made on the human relationship with dogs in different genres, and yet there wasn’t a single movie made of the origin story of how humans and dogs came along and befriend each other! Apparently, director Albert Hughes came up with the idea to make a film based on such origin story and end up making a visual masterpiece like Alpha! Just see it believe:
Alpha is historical drama film that depicts the human emotions of being a victim of mishap in a perception of a young caveman, who is struggling against the elements to find his way home all the while developing a friendship with a wolf. Both are abiding with the assumption that other kind will kill them. And in between this hard time of scrutiny, both species developed a sense of belonging. The story will be on their journey to find trust on each other while going back to civilization!
About the trailer, it is filed with stunning visuals and detailed depiction of wild world 20,000yrs ago. Also, the drama elements of the tribe and a human’ interaction with the wolf are well painted in narration! The film, Alpha is directed by Albert Hughes and written by Dan Wiedenhaupt and produced by Columbia Pictures in association with Studio 8. Alpha features a relatively new cast of Kodi Smit-McPhee, Leonor Varela, Jens Hultén, Jóhannes Haukur Jóhannesson. The film will release on 2nd March, next year.
