According to a recent rumour, the studio is considering returning to its roots with the first six Avengers and revitalising Robert Downey Jr. and Scarlett Johansson's MCU characters following its most contentious time yet.

Who wouldn't want to see Iron Man, Black Widow, Captain America, Thor, and the other original ‘Avengers’ reunite in the MCU? With the new notion of the multiverse, everything is conceivable as long as the studios want to please the public. However, it is evident that the public did not enjoy the latest MCU films, as evidenced by their box office statistics. According to Variety, Marvel Studios is considering making a new ‘Avengers’ film centred on the original six members of the Marvel Cinematic Universe team.

In comparison to past projects, there hasn't been much hype around ‘Avengers: Endgame’. According to the article, there have been talks of making a new Avengers picture with the original ensemble, which would reunite Captain America, Iron Man, Thor, Hulk, Black Widow, and Hawkeye. Because Iron Man and Black Widow died in the MCU, the producers may bring back Robert Downey Jr.'s Tony Stark/Iron Man and Scarlett Johansson's Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow for the film.

Despite this, it should be emphasised that Marvel Studios has not allegedly "committed" to this radical idea for the MCU.
