Members of the popular American former boy band 'Backstreet Boys', who are all set to start the India leg of their DNA world tour, were greeted by the staff of a Mumbai hotel with a dance to their all-time hit number, 'Larger Than Life'.
The band's leader, Nick Carter, tweeted about it from the hotel lobby on Wednesday, saying, “This is the first time I have seen this in my entire career… Crazy!”
Backstreet Boys, who have been releasing hits and breaking records since 1993, have recently made bad headlines due to Carter's sexual assault charges.

Carter and AJ McLean, another key member of the Backstreet Boys, were met at the airport by a throng of paparazzi eager to catch a peek of the performers. The band members were completely taken aback by the welcome they received and began filming every aspect of their arrival.
The ensemble, which was founded in 1993, is now in India on its DNA World Tour 2023. The band will first play in Mumbai on May 4 before heading to Delhi on May 5 to set the tone for music fans at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium.
Backstreet Boys' debut album, 'Backstreet Boys,' was released in 1996, and the group catapulted to popularity. They published their second international album 'Backstreet's Back' in 1997 and catapulted to superstardom with their third studio album 'Millennium', anchored by the worldwide single 'I Want It That Way'.
The band has sold over 100 million records worldwide, making it the best-selling boy band of all time as well as one of the world's top music performers.
The Backstreet Boys are the first group since Led Zeppelin to have their first ten albums chart in the top ten on the Billboard 200, and the first boy band to do so.
