Blake Lively has been making headlines ever since her colour-changing Met Gala gown. On the work front, she will be repeating her role as favourite naughty mom in A Simple Favor 2. Not just that, the she has got even busier as she starts her business. Well, recently the actress spoke about her kids and how being a mother brought more to her life.
While discussing about her new new sparkling beverage company, Betty Buzz, the actress casually said that “parenting helps her feel her best, not only emotionally, but physically as well.”
The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants actress further said, “Once I had children, that just became even more profound because my time was even more precious, but also I think having children for me made me feel so much more in my skin.”
Blake also mentioned how motherhood makes her feel more grounded and ‘incredibly settled’. She was quoted saying, “I never felt more myself or at ease in my own body or more confident — not to say that there aren’t a bevy of insecurities coming at me a million times a day, but I just feel incredibly settled.”
At last the actress, made it clear that her priorities are her kids and that she would rather not take every role which comes to her. “I guess I really have to really, really, really, really love it, because I’m just obsessed with my kids."
