BTS’ V jams with COLDPLAY while BLACKPINK’s Jennie poses on the cover of Elle magazine
BTS’s V recently shared a throwback video from the practice session with British band Coldplay. The video is from the time when BTS and Coldplay collaborated on ‘My Universe’.
BTS is a major band in the world and has collaborated with many singers and musicians from time to time. But one of their most popular collaborations happened with Coldplay. The two bands came together last year to release ‘BTS x Coldplay: Inside My Universe’. The song went viral with its heart-touching lyrics.
The video shared by BTS member V showed the K-pop band jamming out the track with Coldplay, along with the members recording their solo parts. It also has a Chris Martin monologue where he explains the meaning behind the lyrics.
Chris says, “This song is about how the power of love transcends all things, borders and rules, genders, race, and sexuality. If you look at people who are divided by a border or can't be together, that's what this song is about. About how nothing can really stop people from loving each other.”
Talking about K-Pop, BLACKPINK’s Jennie is the face of the February issue of Elle Magazine. The magazine featured the tagline “Shiny Jennie”. In the cover photoshoot, Jennie is wearing outfits from Chanel, looking absolutely gorgeous.
