Burj Khalifa honours BTS member V on his birthday – see photos
BTS singer V is celebrating his 26th birthday today and to make the occasion even more special, his fan club CHINA Baidu Vbar organized for the famous Burj Khalifa to light up with the pictures of the singer. This is for the second time in a row that the fan club is celebrating V’s birthday by lighting up his pictures on the tallest building in the world.
Videos shared by fans in Dubai show the famous building covered with pictures and wishes for the singer. The three-minute ad was played with the song Inner Child, sung by V for Map of the Soul: 7. A few fans who gathered there can be heard singing along to the track played in the background.
On the occasion of V’s birthday, BTS fans across the globe have arranged for some or the other birthday projects. His fans in India are also not behind as we hear that a few projects have been planned, including fundraisers.
To honour Jin and V’s birthdays, Indian BTS fan club Bangtan_India reportedly hosted a fundraiser where they successfully managed to raise approximately ₹1,05,008. The donation would go to an NGO which empowers women by encouraging discussion of taboo subjects such as menstruation.
