Hollywood star Daniel Radcliffe rose to humungous fame at the age of 12, when he began portraying Harry Potter in the film series of the same name. He has also done several other noteworthy film and theatre roles.
While Daniel has definitely come a long way over the years, 'Harry Potter' has somewhat become synonymous with his name.
Recently, reports surfaced that Radcliffe will replace Hugh Jackman as the next Wolverine in the famous 'X-Men' franchise. However, the 33-year-old British actor has denied all the claims, stating them as untrue.
Calling it 'pure rumour', Daniel said in a recent interview: "I say something but then I get bored of answering it and I say something different- which sets it off again... I should just never open my mouth".
The blue-eyed Daniel had denied playing Wolverine earlier this year too, when he appeared on the show 'The View'. He also feels that since he made a joke abot being the next Wolverine on the show, that perhaps sparked further speculations.
Nevertheless, Daniel claims that nothing on that front (him playing the next Wolverine) is going on right now.
Meanwhile, In September this year, Ryan Reynolds announced that Hugh Jackman would reprise the role of Wolverine in Deadpool 3, to be produced by Marvel Studios.
Set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), the flick is slated to release on 08 November 2024.
