Hannah Waddingham, the Emmy-winning star of Apple TV+'s ‘Ted Lasso’, is slated to feature in ‘Mission Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part Two’, the latest film in the billion-dollar spy franchise. Christoper McQuarrie moved to Instagram to welcome Waddington to the action sequel with a brief and intriguing announcement.
Tom Cruise reprises his role as Ethan Hunt in this summer's seventh and penultimate episode of his long-running, action-packed franchise. It was previously claimed that he was filming the eighth feature aboard a US aircraft carrier in the Adriatic Sea, which appears to be where the photo of Waddingham was taken.
Waddingham is a newcomer to the ‘Mission: Impossible’ franchise. Ving Rhames, who plays Luther Stickell, Simon Pegg's Benjji Dunn, and Rebecca Ferguson's Ilsa Faust all return for "Dead Reckoning Part One." Pom Klementieff, Rob Delaney, Cary Elwes, Indira Varma, Mark Gatiss, Charles Parnell, Greg Davis, Marcin Dorociski, Lampros Kalfuntzos, Mariela Garriga, and Antonio Bustorff also star.
