Priyanka Chopra ANNOUNCES Her Next Film ‘Heads Of State’ Alongside John Cena And Idris Elba (Details Inside)

Everyone has witnessed the charm and charisma that Priyanka Chopra exudes when playing in films. Be it Bollywood or Hollywood, our desi girl rules the camera when she is on screen. The actress is set to shine on our screens in the upcoming action series "Citadel." A science fiction drama television that will stream on Amazon Prime Video.

Priyanka arrived in India last week and has already begun promoting the series in India along with co-star Richard Madden. And amidst all of this, the actress surprised her fans by dropping a piece of big news last night. Priyanka announced her next Hollywood film.

Priyanka To Star opposite John Cena

The actor has already signed a new agreement with Amazon Studios. She will next be seen in Heads of State, an action film starring wrestler-turned-actor John Cena and actor Idris Elba.

According to Deadline, filming on Heads of State will begin in May. It will be directed by Ilya Naishuller of Nobody fame and written by Josh Appelbaum and André Nemec based on a tale by Harrison Query. The rumor also suggests that the film will be something like Air Force One and Midnight Run.

Priyanka was recently seen at the unveiling of the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre in Mumbai before beginning Citadel marketing. Priyanka attended the Citadel premiere in Mumbai on Tuesday, following the two-day NMACC inaugural celebration over the weekend. Richard Madden, her co-star, also joined her. The first two episodes of the series will be available on Amazon Prime in 40 languages on April 28.

Priyanka’s Upcoming Projects

Priyanka is also preparing for the premiere of her Hollywood film Love Again, in which she co-stars with Sam Heughan and Celine Dion. It will be out in theatres in May of this year. She also has the films Ending Things with Anthony Mackie and Jee Le Zaraa with actor-director Farhan Akhtar.
