Rushad Rana has been one of the most well-known faces of the TV industry. Apart from featuring in the shows, Sasural Simar Ka, and Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai, the actor has also worked in films like Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi and Mohabbatein. In an exclusive interview with Bollywoodmdb, television’s popular face Rushad Rana spoke about his recently released film Judaa Hoke Bhi and about working on various platforms.
Rushad Rana spoke about his Vikram Bhatt-directed film Juda Hoke Bhi where he plays the character of a blind man. He said, “We have been receiving great responses. Through word of mouth also we are receiving great reviews. To me, this character has been very special, for the first time I am playing the character of a blind man. At first, I was nervous because there are some characters with whom you can’t be wrong and you have to be natural and precise at the same time.”
The actor who has been doing many projects in recent years whether it is OTT shows, daily soaps, or films was asked about how it all changed for him. To which he replied, “When you send a message to the universe that you genuinely wish to do good projects automatically the universe will find it for you. I think I am at such a phase in my life where the hunger for doing good work has increased. All my shows are doing good and receiving good responses be it Aashram, Modern Love, or Kumkum Bhagya.” Rushad who received fame for the show Anupama spoke about dating the creative director of the show Ketaki Walawalkar and his marriage plans with her. He revealed, “We both have been dating since January this year and hopefully will get married next year. We are in a good space now. The good thing about working in the same profession is that we both understand each other’s work and how to manage time.”
When Rushad was asked as an actor what he felt was challenging, he said, “While doing OTT or films, you have the luxury of time to understand and work on your character but in daily soaps, you just have to think about episode delivery every day.”
