Akira Plot
Akira's father trains young Akira in martial arts for self defence. On witnessing an incident of eve-teasing, young Akira interrupts the situation and combats the eve-teasers. She accidentally spills acid on one of the guys. Due to this the young girl lands in trouble and is sent to children's remand home for 3 years.
Akira (Sonakshi Sinha) grows up into a strong, bold and fearless girl who cannot stand injustice. Akira and her widow mother shift to Mumbai and live with her brother. She opts to live in the hostel after getting enrolled in college. Akira wrongly gets dragged in a murder scandal by ACP Rane (Anurag Kashyap) and his three corrupt Police Officers. The story further unfolds as she tries to save herself and fights the nasty Police Officers all on her own.
