Storyline
Preeti Sengupta is an Air Hostess staying in Mumbai along with her boyfriend Karan Malhotra in a rented apartment. Preeti is a loner, possessive and sometimes suspicious about many things. She doubts her boyfriend of infidelity and throws him out of the apartment. She decides to rent a room to the female paying guest named Neha Bhargav who calls Preeti as Didi. Preeti finds Neha as a shy, simple, small town girl. But soon Preeti finds Neha strange and treacherous.

Apartment is a thriller directed by Jagmohan Mundra and presented by Magna Films and Produced by Nari Hira. The story of the film is: Tanushree Dutta lives in a flat with her boyfriend Rohit Roy. Anupam Kher too lives in that apartment who is a poet and struggles as a lyricist. On some matter Tanushree feels that her boyfriend was not faithful to her. So there is a fight between her and her boyfriend and eventually she kicks him out of her flat. As time passes, she realizes that it was very difficult for her to afford the rent of the flat alone. She doesn't know what to do. One of her colleagues (airhostesses) suggests her to find a room-mate who could share her flat and rent....
