Ek Ajnabee Plot

Suryaveer Singh was a top ranked black cat commando in the Indian Army. He is 65 years old, grayish but handsome, a born leader of men. He has been part of many battles, both in and out of the country. The life in the army and the killings have taken a toll on his mental health. He is tired and exhausted, and takes to drinking heavily. Surya's best friend Shekhar, who was in the same squad asks him to come and spend some time with him in Bangkok, where Shekhar owns a gentleman's club and a security firm. With the help of Shekhar, Surya tries to smarten up and get his life back in order. Shekhar gets him a job to be a bodyguard for a family. Surya reluctantly accepts but when he realizes that the person he has to protect is an 8-year-old girl, his mind once again goes into a trauma, as he is not very comfortable around children. The girl, Anamika is 9 year old and too chirpy for his liking. Her parents are threatened by a wave of kidnappings as they come from one of the biggest business families in the country. As the film moves forward we see a special relationship develop between the girl and Surya. He is amazed by her as she teaches him once again the meaning to life. They become the best of friends and spend all their time together. He eventually becomes very close to Anamika and the relationship they share reawakens and rekindles his spirit for life. He begins to laugh, he stops drinking. He looks happier and healthier. Finally when he is willing to forget his past and move on in life with the help of this little girl she gets abducted. During the kidnapping, Surya gets shot and is taken to hospital. When the ransom goes bad and the girl does not come back, Surya once again gets thrown back into memory lane but this time he decides that he is not going to loose this girl who has taught him to live, someone who has taught him the meaning of life. With the help of his friend Shekhar, Surya decides to unleash his fiery rage on all those he feels responsible as he promises to stop at nothing to save her. The film now moves forward with a feverish pitch where, with every clue we discover that he is being pulled into a huge web of deception and intrigue. One after another he finds the responsible people till it reaches the ultimate climax. The person who is the final puzzle in the game of death and destruction is none other than his best friend and confidant Shekhar. The film is about a man who has lost everything he loved on this planet, from his lonely journey into self-destruction to his emergence into a man with the help of an 8-year-old girl.
