Ishqia is a film of debutant director Abhishek Chaubhey , but this film is better known as Vishal Bhardwaj's film because Vishal Bhardwaj is his guru as well has produced the film and given its music.

Naseeruddin Shah, Arshad Warsi & Vidya Balan are the major star cast of this film.

This film is certainly not for children or family because of too much abusive languages and double meaning scenes. This film has been made for a certain category of audience.

Arsad Warsi (Babban) & Naseeruddin Shah (Kalujaan) have played the role of thieves who are on the run from their boss-Mustaq. They try to hide in their friend's house but to their surprise they meet his widow named as Krishna (Vidya Balan). But thing takes different turn what no one could have expected.

Many events take place there which have arouses curiosity in you to know the next part.

The debutant director has done well with his writers but he should have used nice scenes instead of some uncomfortable scenes.

Performance wise every one is good.

A few songs are okay and give you a feel of Vishal Bhardwaj style. But these songs won't last longer.

Except a few negative points like abuses and unwanted adult scenes, this film is okay.

You can go for it if you are above 18 but don't dare to go with your family.
