LIFE KI TOH LAG GAYI is a Hindi feature film which released on 27th April, 2012. This film has been directed by Rakesh Mehta and falls in mixed genre. Does the title justify the film? Read ahead the review of Life Ki Toh Lag Gayi.
Story : This film comprises four stories of four different people who do not have any connection. All these four people have different mission in their lives. All want to achieve something without being related to the other three. One of them wants to take revenge for the deaths of his parents; another character is behind a drug peddler; another fellow is hunting his girlfriend etc. In this way everyone is there with different goal and mission.
Do they get success in achieving their goals? Do they find any relation between them? Remaining questions are answered in the rest of the film.
Acting : Kay Kay Menon has done good acting. Similarly, Ranbir Shorey has performed well. Manu Rishi as an A.C.P is also okay. Neha Bhasin is average. Razak Khan is below average and has over acted.
Script : Script is very weak and screenplay loose.
Music : Music of the film is below average.
Direction : Direction is loose and the director doesn't know what and why he is showing you what you see on the screen. He has gone hay-ware and very much confused. He has tried to link too many stories without any link which bore you.
Plus Points : Hardly Anything
Minus Points : Script; Direction; Music
Conclusion : Even though it is a low budget film, it is hardly going to survive on the box office for more than a couple of days. Most theatres may cancel the shows. The director needed to choose a strong script if he had to make films with small star casts. (You may hear its distributors saying - फिल्म की तो लग गई)
Verdict : A Boring film! Does not even justify the title! Wastage of time and money to watch it in theatres!
