Story : It is the story about three different individuals and how their lives are affected by the Internet and social networking sites.
It is about a guy who is perpetually single and who has never been kissed. This geeky single boy hunts for a girlfriend online. Eventually he even finds one on the net but his happiness is not long-lived. The true identity of that girl compels him to face heartbreaking and sad consequences.
Another one is a housewife who is bored of her day to day routine life. She gets attracted to a school friend who happens to be a long lost friend. She finds him online as she suspects that her husband was having an affair with one of his office staffs. She comes to such conclusions only after she sees his mobile messages secretly.
There is one more who is an employee of a call centre. He finds himself in a harsh condition as he is neck-deep in credit card debt. In order to clear all his debts overnight, he chooses a wrong way-to hack and do forgery!
What happens to all these characters? How social networking sites effects their lives? Such queries are portrayed in this film.
Performance : Though its actors are new they do not appear inexperienced when it comes to acting. The youngsters have acted well in the film.
Script : Its story is different and of modern age. It is also interesting but not fully convincing. Only demerits of social networking sites are portrayed whereas there are its lots of benefits. However, the writer has tried to create some comedy sequences successfully and has also maintained suspense in the film which keeps you hooked.
Music : Sunil Kashyap has given its music which is average.
Other Technical Aspects : Camerawork creates a bit problem when it moves mostly in circular motion. Dubbing too lacks finesse. Editing could have been better.
Direction : The director has raised a modern issue but it is one sided. Every good thing comes with a few bad things. It is up to you what you pick up! Social networking sites have several benefits unless you misuse it. And there are only a limited number of people who misuse it otherwise many people do not have time to pass their time online.
However, the director has tried to maintain its suspense and comedy part successfully.
The director has narrated the story in a well manner and keeps you engaged.
Conclusion : This film tries to show about cyber crime and it also peeps into the loneliness that grips the lives of people living in big cities. So it can appeal them.
Verdict : You can watch it once for right kind of comedy and suspense and modern plot which warns you about misuse and threats of the internet.
