The script is light, silly, yet enjoyable. It's a total kind of teenage interest movie. Ishaan Trivedi\'s romantic musical Radio (2009) was a short and an acceptable film. Well this can be also explained as a complete package of love, relationships, and humor. Though many a times it sounded boring. While there are some clever scenes that help understand the strenuous screenplay, the experience of watching the plot unfold as a video shoot, rather than a linear movie, is not uninteresting. Radio, starring Himesh Reshammiya as RJ Vivan and Sonal Sehgal as Pooja who is vivan's wife; is a story about a popular RJ Vivan, he is unsuccessful in his relationship and gets divorce from her wife pooja. Vivan is a successful RJ, he hosts a radio show on relationships and every calls him as a love guru, where he who solves all relationship issues by his listeners. But in his own life he is depressed about his marital love life and is somehow unable to handle his job properly. Soon after his divorce he meets a girl, Shanaya, played by Shenaz Treasurywala, who is a co host with Vivan on his show and after sometimes falls in love with him. But soon after discovering that Vivan is still in love with his ex-wife Pooja, she tries to bring both of them together. Here Pooja always finds Shanaya with Vivan therefore she starts suspecting the two. But the weirdest part was when Vivan who keeps telling that he\'ll never love anyone else after his divorce with Pooja he later realizes his love for Shanaya and proposes to her. Himesh Reshammiya has played his character decently and looks the part, but comes through as wooden, while his dialogue delivery can be improved further but he undoubtedly looks far better in this film compared to his earlier releases. It can definitely change your perception for Himesh. Even Shehnaz is looking extremely cute and awful. She simpers through her first few scenes as Vivan's love interest, and looks drunk for the rest of the movie. Newcomer Sonal Sehgal as the cat with claws is the most convincing among the three. Paresh Rawal had made a guest appearance with his comic timing is undeniably worth acknowledging. There are many humorous scenes in the film-one in which Vivan, Pooja, and Shanaya are in the restaurant and they breaking the plates, and Vivan's meeting with Shanaya's family. Music is given by Himesh Reshammiya as it sounds excellent music, specially songs like Jaaneman and Mann Ka Radio were too good. So Himesh has clearly proved himself. The presentation of the movie is great as it is divided into different chapters. The movie is good and quite entertaining; there are various scenes where you will find lack of clarity. The final review is that you can surely go and watch this movie.
