Saurabh Varma , a B-Town writer-director has recently finished with ' Mickey Virus ' - a comic thriller. Now the artist is in mood of making an eccentric movie titled 'Raftaar Singh Superfast', a story of superhero.
When we hear the word 'superhero', what comes to our mind for the very first time? It's a wonder-man saving the world from evil powers... But folks, this time director Saurabh Varma has come up with something different. Yes, you won't be seeing this superhero protecting people; rather you will see him eating samosas. 'Raftaar Singh Superfast' follows an unconventional theme, portraying a lazy superhero, having a fetish for samosas. The movie attempts to break all the stereotyped myths associated with the concept of superhero and providing it a new trend.
The comedy-flick focuses especially on young generation between 10 to 25 years. The film is under construction from last two years. The visual effects play an utmost important role in 'Raftaar Singh Superfast'.
The director Saurabh Varma is super excited about this movie. He mentions that 'Raftaar Singh Superfast' would be first Indian superhero comedy flick. The character of superhero in the film is represented in such a way that the youth won't mind getting connected with him very easily.
One the script is finalized, the next thing would be searching the main lead for the film, Verma added. As he said, choosing the lead role character is a real task for him and mainly he would be looking out for A-list actors in Bollywood like Hrithik Roshan , Shah Rukh Khan and Abhishek Bachchan . These actors were seen as superheroes in films like Krrish , Ra.One and Drona respectively.
'Raftaar Singh Superhero' will capture the silver screen tentatively by the end of 2013.
