It was earlier reported that Abhishek Bachchan and John Abraham who rocked the screen together in a rom-com ' Dostana ' will again share the screen together in a remake of famous south Indian flick 'Vettai'. But the new update is that Abhishek will not be working in the remake of 'Vettai'. It seems that Jr. Bachchan has walked out of the project to be made by Abbas Burmawalla - Mustan Burmawalla due to his busy schedule.

According to the sources, Abhishek recently had a discussion with the director duo Abbas Burmawalla - Mustan Burmawalla regarding this project. He expressed his apprehensions about his unavailability of dates with them. Abhishek was believed to essay the role of a police officer in this film. Along with John, Abhishek will reprise his role in ' Dostana 2 ' as well.

Besides this, Abhishek will next appear on the silver screen in upcoming action packed flick ' Dhoom 3 ' as ACP Jai Dixit along with other stars like Katrina Kaif , Uday Chopra and Mr. Perfectionist Aamir Khan who will be seen as an antagonist.
