After impressing the Indian audiences, Rani Mukerji’s Hichki to now release in China!
After Secret Superstar, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, and Hindi Medium, Rani’s light-hearted Hichki will be soon released in the neighbouring country.

For India and Indian films, actor Aamir Khan is the one who has opened the Chinese markets. Because of his last two films, Dangal and Secret Superstar , the neighbouring country does not hesitate in welcoming Indian movies. Following the lead of Aamir, Rani Mukerji ’s recent film, Hichki , will now be the next Bollywood film to get released in China. Looks like the Chinese masses have now accepted the Indian films, and hence helping them to reach a wider audience. Though the release date and the Chinese poster of Hichki are not revealed yet, the news is confirmed that it will be released there in the coming months.
This year, movies like Secret Superstar and Bajrangi Bhaijaan did a splendid business there and yesterday, Irrfan Khan ’s Hindi Medium also released in across China.
According to a recent survey, the Chinese movie market will become the world’s largest market in 2018 and will overtake the ticket sales of US-Canada combined. While in the first quarter itself where US-Canada managed to make revenue of $2.89 billion, China generated $3.17 billion in the same time.
Looking at the above stats, we can easily say that China will play a great role in providing a bigger platform to all the upcoming Indian movies in coming years.
