Akshay Kumar's 'Main Gabbar' to hit the theaters on May 1

Bollywood's Number 1 Khiladi - Akshay Kumar is all set to deliver back to back releases. After the promising films like ' Baby ' and ' Brothers ', he is ready to star in ' Gabbar Is Back ' which is set to release on May 1, 2015. This film is the remake of the south flick 'Ramanna'.
Audiences will also get to see Shruti Haasan , Sonu Sood , Prakash Raj , Govind Namdeo and Nikitin Dheer among others in this action thriller. The story of the film revolves around a common man, a college professor who takes extra ordinary steps to fight corruption. ' Gabbar Is Back ' portrays the quest of a commoner who takes the law in his hands to make a positive change in the society. As per the sources, the masses will very well connect with the film as the script seems to be a realistic story. The audiences will also have the pleasure to enjoy some larger than life action sequences as it stars the action maestro - Akshay Kumar .
This Tamil remake movie is jointly produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Viacom 18 Motion Pictures . The original film 'Ramanna' starred Vijaykanth in the lead role.
