Amol Gupte ropes in Saqib Saleem in his future project

The buzz is that, veteran filmmaker Amole Gupte has roped in young talented actor Saqib Saleem for his next project. Saqib who recently played a gay journalist in ' Bombay Talkies ' is garnering rave reviews from one and all for his splendid performance in the film. This time, Saqib has been asked to play the role of a coach who teaches roller-skating to children. The movie would center on roller-skating.

Filmmaker Amole Gupte is famous for working closely with the street children. When asked about his future projects, the writer-director did not spill the beans. But the source close to the venture informed that it is a project which is very dear to Gupte's heart. He wanted to work on this venture immediately after finishing Aamir Khan 's ' Taare Zameen Par '. But since the film required a large number of kids to learn roller skating , the project was postponed and instead of it another promising project , ' Stanley Ka Dabba ' was made. The film also required the male lead of the film to be dexterous in roller skating.

Since the film requires the leading man of the film to be an expert in roller skating, Saqib bas begun his training for roller skating. The film will see the story of a group of kids who get united for a roller skating competition. Saqib Saleem will play the coach to these kids in the film.

The confirmed news is that Amole Gupte 's son Partho who gave a promising performance in ' Stanley Ka Dabba ' will play a key role in this film. The film's shooting will be done during summer holidays so that the kids' studies and school do not get affected.
