Anil Kapoor & Sonam Kapoor's film with Vidhu Vinod Chopra is titled ‘Ek Ladki Ko Dekha To Aisa Laga’!
The title of the film has been taken from a popular song from Anil Kapoor and Vidhu Vinod Chopra's film 1942 – A Love Story.

A couple of weeks ago we had reported that the father-daughter duo of Anil Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor might join hands for a film with Vidhu Vinod Chopra . Speculations came true when Chopra himself announced the title of the film. Yes, Anil Kapoor is all set to work with his daughter Sonam Kapoor in their first film called Ek Ladki Ko Dekha To Aisa Laga. Chopra will produce the film while it will be directed by his sister Shelly Chopra.
Talking to a daily, Chopra said, “Ek Ladki Ko Dekha To Aisa Laga is a big project for us, and it is a great thing that Anil is collaborating with us to make it. In fact, both Anil and Sonam will be part of the cast of the film. I am really looking forward to it”.
Ek Ladki Ko Dekha To Aisa Laga is going to be a very special project for Anil Kapoor for two reasons. First, it will reunite him with Vidhu Vinod Chopra after their successful collaboration 1942 – A Love Story ’ which released in 1994. Second, the film marks his first collaboration with his daughter, Sonam Kapoor .
Interestingly, the title of the film has been picked from a popular song from 1942 – A Love Story .
