Anil Kapoor to play flawed man in TV series '24'
Anil Kapoor plays an identifiable personality of a common man, torn between his work commitments and family, in the upcoming \'24\' TV series.

Bollywood ace actor-producer Anil Kapoor is ready to explode Indian television screens with his suspense-action-drama-thriller combo, TV series, '24'. His character will be of a flawed man in this desi sequence.
In '24' series, Anil's character 'Anti-terrorist' unit chief Jai Singh Rathod, is torn between his work commitments and family. Anil added that a common man will certainly identify with his character. As in today's competitive world, everyone is battling over these issues, so people might see themselves in his character.
'24' is adapted from the popular US television show and is customized and presented as per the Indian content. Even Anil Kapoor was himself the part of US version and had acquired copyrights from the producers of the original show.
With '24', many Bollywood actors like Anupam Kher , Shabana Azmi , Tisca Chopra , Mandira Bedi and others will be screened together on the small screen.. Rishi Kapoor and Boman Irani will be seen in guest appearance.
The action-thriller is directed by Abhinay Deo and produced under the banner of Anil Kapoor Film Company . The show will be aired on Colors TV in October.
