Annu Kapoor to take up direction
Veteran actor and singer Anuu Kapoor who has recently received the National Award for the fun filled drama 'Vicky Donor' says that now he wants to go behind the camera.

Veteran actor and singer Annu Kapoor who has recently received the National Award for the fun filled drama ' Vicky Donor ' says that now he wants to go behind the camera. The actor wishes to take up direction.
Annu Kapoor has recently got the National Award for the best supporting actor for his splendid performance as the fertility specialist doctor Baldev Chaddha in the movie ' Vicky Donor ' starring Ayushman Khurana and Yami Gautam . Annu Kapoor is also remembered for his performances in the films 'Chameli Ki Shaadi' , 'Hum' and ' Mr. India '.
Annu Kapoor was talking to the source in a personal interview. He said that he was thinking about directing a movie fir a long time and people will see him directing a movie very soon. He also said that his chances of appearing in the movies are less as he wants to concentrate on only one thing at a time. Direction is not a new field for Annu Kapoor as he has directed many stage plays before. He as also directed one feature film named 'Abhay' featuring Benjamin Gilani , Nana Patekar and Moon Moon Sen . He directed the film for the Children's Film Society.
