Anurag Kashyap to direct legendary Amitabh Bachchan in his upcoming film?
If things fall into place, Anurag Kashyap may direct both Senior Bachchan and Junior Bachchan this year, says a source.

Anurag Kashyap is one of the best directors currently working in the Hindi Film industry. Kashyap is known for his dark and gripping movies, which hardly any mainstream Bollywood directors make. With masterpieces like ‘ Black Friday ’, ‘Gangs Of Wasseypur’ series, ‘ Dev D ’ and ‘ Raman Raghav 2.0 ’, he has proved that he is way ahead of his time. These days, the visionary filmmaker is busy with his upcoming film ' Manmarziyan ' which will star Abhishek Bachchan . There are also rumours that once Kashyap is done shooting for this film, he might direct megastar Amitabh Bachchan in his next.
A source close to the director revealed to a leading daily, "If things fall into place, Anurag may direct both Senior and Junior Bachchan this year." Another source added, "Anurag has an interesting script in place. He is keen to direct Big B for that project. Currently, he is tied up with ' Manmarziyan ' but soon after that, he wants to rope in Amitabh for his next."
' Manmarziyan ' is being produced by Aanand L Rai and earlier, it was reported that Ayushmann Khurrana and Bhumi Pednekar will be the lead. But a few days back, news broke out that Taapsee Pannu , Abhishek Bachchan , and Vicky Kaushal are the new leads of the film.
Well, Kashyap’s collaboration with Big B will be awaited.
