Are Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor teaming up for 'Jab We Met' sequel?
Shahid and Kareena worked in Abhishek Chaubey’s Udta Punjab, but they did not have any scene together.

Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor have worked in numerous films in their close to a two-decade-long career in Bollywood, but Imtiaz Ali 's blockbuster, Jab We Met , still remains one of their most successful and loved films till date. Recently, the movie clocked 10 years and ever since then, rumours have been doing the rounds that Ali is planning a sequel to the hit film. While Shahid Kapoor is an obvious choice for the sequel, recent reports suggest that Kareena Kapoor Khan might also join the cast.
However, when director Imtiaz Ali was asked about the same, this is what he said, “Shahid and I wanted to do a film together. Hopefully, we will. But these things are announced only when the fine print is done. Which is why we are not announcing anything. There is no secret. I cannot say anything till I finalize. We won’t issue a statement.”
Well, it is yet not confirmed if Kareena is indeed a part of the project or not. But we would definitely be very glad if she decides to come onboard.
