Blackmail brings second song ‘Patola’ and it is crooned by none other than Guru Randhawa!
The song is a recreation of Guru’s original song by the same name from 2015 and this time, Bohemia is major missing.

Even after coming from Punjabi industry, Guru Randhawa has now become one of the principal singers of Bollywood. Last year, his two songs, Ban Ja Tu Meri Rani and Suit Suit, from Tumhari Sulu and Hindi Medium respectively, became megahits and made him an overnight star of B-town. Guru, who is already famous for delivering chartbuster songs, has now brought a yet another song ‘Patola’, from Irrfan Khan ’s Blackmail . The Punjabi track is penned, composed and sung by Guru himself. The song is a recreation of Guru’s original song by the same name which came out in 2015 and this time, Bohemia is major missing. Patola is not a usual peppy Punjabi track but it’s a wedding anthem which is insanely awesome. Listen to it.
Talking about Blackmail , it is a black comedy which deals with multiple blackmails but in a humourous way. For the uninitiated, in the film, Irrfan will be seen playing a man whose wife cheats on him with the other guy. Rather than confronting his wife, he blackmails the other guy and demands Rs. 1 Lakh. But the story takes a vast twist when the blackmailer i.e. Irrfan himself gets blackmailed.
The film also stars Kirti Kulhari (Irrfan’s wife), Arunoday Singh , Divya Dutta , Gajraj Rao and Omi Vaidya . Made under the banner of Bhushan Kumar ’s T-Series and RDP Motion Pictures, the film is scheduled to release on 06th April 2018.
