'Club 60' re-opens in Mumbai as a tribute to Farooq Sheikh

To pay the tribute to the late actor Farooq Sheikh, his last release 'Club 60' is going to re-open at a noon show in PVR, Lower Parel and in a theatre owned by same chain.

The veteran actor Farooq Sheikh breathed his last on December 27 in Dubai and his sad demise proved as a deep shock to all. To pay the tribute, his last release ' Club 60 ' has been re-opened in a noon show at PVR, Lower Parel and also in a theatre belonging to the same chain in Delhi, reportedly.

The director of ' Club 60 ', Sanjay Tripathi said that the film released on December 6 and had three shows daily till ' Dhoom 3 ' arrived. Sanjay recalls meeting Farooq for the first time while doing documentary on earthquake. In one of the television shows by Tripathi, the iconic actor played a sutradhar. Farooq liked the script of ' Club 60 ' and suggested Sarika 's name to play his wife in the film, as told by the director.
