Fans might have to wait a bit longer to see Aishwarya and Abhishek together on-screen!
Reportedly the much-awaited project starring Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan has now been put on a back burner.

Reports about the most loved on-screen and off-screen jodi of Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan doing another film together after a long-long time have been doing the rounds for a long time now. The power couple was last in 2010 in Mani Ratnam ’s ‘ Raavan ’ and since then, their fans are eagerly waiting to see them together. Last year, rumour had it that they might be doing a Shailesh Singh ’s movie but now, the latest we hear is that the project has now been shelved. A source revealed to the leading daily, “Abhi-Ash were in talks for a film with Shailesh R Singh. While Abhi was already on board, discussions were on with Ash and her team for the same. The real-life couple would’ve reunited on screen after eight long years. But the movie has supposedly been put on the back burner. In fact, the project has been pushed ahead indefinitely.”
Well, fans have to wait indefinitely to see the two together but they sure don’t have to wait for their individual movies.
While Abhishek has Anurag Kashyap ’s ‘ Manmarziyan ’ and Sajid Nadiadwala ’s ‘ Housefull 4 ’, on the other hand, beauty queen Aishwarya Rai has a bunch of movies in her kitty. She first has Prernaa Arora ’s ‘ Fanne Khan ’, then she has two more untitled projects by Prernaa’s KriArj Entertainment.
