Bollywood handsome hunk Hrithik Roshan is gearing up for the release of his upcoming much-talked about film Kaabil. The actor plays the role of a blind man in this film. The Oscar winning sound designer Resul Pookutty is soon arriving with his directorial debut and as per the buzz, Hrithik Roshan will feature in this film. He is expected to be seen playing a conscientious Indian citizen.
Talking about this, Resul stated, “Hrithik was hands-on from the word go. He was deeply interested and active in every department of the film. Sanjay Gupta didn’t mind at all. He believes in team spirit and he gladly welcomed Hrithik’s inputs. I was immensely impressed by Hrithik’s knowledge of filmmaking.”
Result worked with Hrithik during filming for Kaabil and he spoke about Hrithik’s role in this outing. “Hrithik plays a blind character. His audio-sensory perceptions are, therefore, far sharper than yours or mine. We had to create a very nuanced sound design for this one,” said Pookutty.
Resul also talked about Hrithik’s role of a dubbing artist in this flick. He said, “Sound and voice are very important to Kaabil and Hrithik. Since he plays a dubbing artiste, he experimented with various voices. Each one of them, including that of Mr Bachchan, has come out just right.”
