The B-Town actor Irrfan Khan seems to be on a high these days, as after the success of his last release ' The Lunchbox ', Irrfan knows no looking back. Irrfan, who is regarded as one of the finest actors of the industry, has reportedly bagged Best Actor award at the Asian Film Awards. The award function is also known as the Oscars of the East. This award is offered to the actor for his excellent performance in the films like ' The Namesake ', ' Life of Pi ', ' Maqbool ', ' Paan Singh Tomar ' and the recent one, ' The Lunchbox '.
Talking about receiving the prestigious award at the coveted award ceremony, Irrfan said that "It's a great honour to be nominated alongside an actor like Tony Leung Chiu-Wai (The GrandMaster) and winning." Apart from this, the director of ' The Lunchbox ', Ritesh Batra also bagged an award for Best Screenplay, as per the reports.
