Jacqueline Fernandez reveals that she is not playing a cop in Race 3!

There were rumours and speculations being made about Jacqueline Fernandez ’s character in the upcoming film Race 3 . It is one of the most talked about films ever since superstar Salman Khan has been roped in for the movie. Yes, Salman plays the baddie in the movie and his character has several shades. Race franchise featured Saif Ali Khan as the main protagonist in the last two films but now he has been replaced whereas Jacqueline was a part of both the movies and she continues to be in the third one.
There were several reports about Jacqueline’s character and it stated that she will essay a cop. Pushing aside the speculations, the actress said in a media statement, “I do not play a cop in Race 3 . That was just a speculation. My character and role…I don’t think can be revealed till we see the film as Race 3 is that kind of a film where everything is a suspense. But yeah, one thing is for sure — there will definitely be a lot more action for me to do in this film which I am very happy about.”
The lady added that “it’s actually a role that sees me in very different light”. So now, it’s clear that she is not playing a cop but will be seen performing action stunts, which is quite interesting. As Jacqueline has never done a lot of action before despite being part of several action movies.
Directed by Remo D'Souza and produced by Ramesh S. Taurani, the film is also said to star Siddharth Malhotra and Aditya Pancholi .
