Janhvi Kapoor resumes shooting her debut film, Dhadak!
The first scene she shot yesterday was really intense and dramatic, but she nailed it in one go, informs a source.

Sridevi ’s sudden death was a complete shocker to the entire nation and even worse for her family. Her daughter, Janhvi Kapoor , halted the shoots of her debut film, Dhadak , after her demise. But after 13 days, Janhvi resumed the shoot and she is back on sets. The first pictures of the debutante actress from the sets took the internet by storm. While one might be thinking that she would be quite distracted after such a tragedy, and would not be able to deliver her best during such a time, then that’s not the case! In fact, even though she looked lost in the first picture from the sets, let us tell you that the star kid is determined not to let anything affect her work. Her first day back on the sets was really good. In fact, she resumed Dhadak with a very intense and dramatic scene and as always we have all the details.
A source close to the project revealed to a leading portal, “Janhvi was very focused and nothing distracted her on the sets. The first scene she shot yesterday was really intense and dramatic, but she nailed it in one go. In fact, everyone was so impressed with her act and her focus that they cheered for Janhvi as soon as she completed the shot.”
Dhadak is a Hindi remake of Marathi hit film, Sairat. The basic plot of Dhadak follows the lead of original film but have its own struggle. Set in Rajasthan, the film is helmed by Shashank Khaitan and backed by Karan Johar . It features Ishaan Khattar as the male lead and is slated to release on 20th July.
