John Abraham and Manoj Bajpayee starrer Satyamev Jayate to release on Independence Day this year!
The film is directed by Milap Zaveri and produced by Nikkhil Advani’s Emmay Entertainment.

For the last few weeks, John Abraham and Manoj Bajpayee ’s upcoming film has been in the news for one or the other reasons. The film went on floors last month and now, we have its official title and release date. After waiting for so long, its makers disclosed that the film is titled Satyamev Jayate and the action-thriller will be released on Independence Day this year. Directed by Milap Zaveri and backed by Nikkhil Advani ’s Emmay Entertainment, the production house revealed the news on Twitter, captioning, “#SatyamevaJayate, starring @TheJohnAbraham and @BajpayeeManoj and directed by @zmilap is coming your way this Independence day, 15th August 2018. Get ready for some intense action and power-packed dialoguebaazi! #SMJ”
SMJ is the second collaboration between John and Manoj and will be a complete action thriller. As far as female lead is concerned, model turned actress, Aisha Sharma has been roped in opposite John. Aisha is the sister of actress Neha Sharma and it will be her debut Bollywood film.
The film is jointly produced by Bhushan Kumar ’s T-Series and it will be clashing with Akshay Kumar ’s period drama, Gold .
