It was nine years back when Karan Johar 's film ' Kal Ho Naa Ho ' was released and it brings back fond memories to him since it was his father, Yash Johar 's last production. He tweeted, "9 years to Kal Ho Naa Ho ....the last film my father helmed at Dharma Productions ...an ironic title of a very special to me...always...."
Yash Johar expired on 26th June 2004. The said film's director Nikhil Advani replied to Karan's tweet, "Thank you for giving me the dream start!!!"
The film starred Shah Rukh Khan , Saif Ali Khan and Preity Zinta and was released on 28th November 2003.
