Karan Johar is making a film called ‘Shiddat, but without Alia and Varun?

Alia Bhatt and Varun Dhawan started their journey together with Karan Johar ’s film ‘ Student Of The Year ’ and then, there was no looking back. The duo then starred in KJo’s productions ‘ Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania ’ and ‘ Badrinath Ki Dulhania ’ and both the films turned out to be commercially successful. Now, the rumour is running rife in the B-town that Alia and Varun will again share the screen in Karan Johar ’s yet another film, titled, ‘ Shiddat ’. It is believed that the film is set during India-Pakistan partition period and Karan wants his favorite students to be part of it. However, when the same was asked to Varun at a kids award function, he said, "Which movie? Who told you that? We don't know any such movie exists"

After ‘ Ae Dil Hai Mushkil ’, it was believed that Karan has been trying to make another larger than life film and according to reports, he has apparently brought Varun Dhawan , Alia Bhatt , Aditya Roy Kapur , Sanjay Dutt and Sridevi onboard for this film. As the film is believed to be based on the partition period, it is being said that Varun and Aditya will be seen playing brothers with a tense relationship. Meanwhile, Sanjay and Sridevi will be portraying the characters of their parents.

After Varun’s statement, we feel neither of the actors has any clue about the film because when the same was asked to Alia, this was her reply: "Who told you that? I don't know about such movie."

Well, when everyone has locked their lips about the film, we must wait for an official confirmation from Karan himself.
