Singer Kavita Krishnamurthy 's daughter Bindu Subramaniam tied the knot on Sunday with Swarathma's violinist Sanjeev Nayak in a private ceremony in the outskirts of Bengaluru.
There was minimalist dcor and the beautiful weather made the wedding even pleasant. Family members and friends came from different parts of the world to grace the occasion. The wedding took place with a blend of Gowd Saraswat Brahmin and Iyer style. Bride Bindu was looking beautiful in Kancheepuram saree and groom Sanjeev was wearing a panche. The muhurat was between 7.30 am to 8.30 am and the sounds of mridangam and nadaswaram added into the beauty of the occasion.
L Subramaniam's sister sang a Carnatic song and it was a surprise for all the guests. There was yelle oota, which means a traditional South Indian lunch spread that is served on banana leaves. The reception ceremony took place in the evening.
