Kishore Kumar's granddaughter Muktika to turn playback singer

The legendary singer Kishore Kumar's eight-year old granddaughter Muktika will soon be turning a playback singer for a music album.

When it comes to music world in Bollywood, the Ganguly family is considered as a very prestigious name. Reportedly, one more member from this family is soon going to make her musical debut and she is Kishore Kumar 's granddaughter Muktika.

Muktika, an eight-year old daughter of the singer Amit Kumar will be seen doing her first playback singing in the next month. The proud father Amit Kumar revealed that this is Muktika's very first song recording and as of now, it is tentatively scheduled for December 15. Muktika is practicing on this song since past two years and now, she has got her words perfect. Very soon, Muktika will be enrolled into Suresh Wadkar 's School, said the singer father. As per the reports, Kishore Kumar 's wife Leena Chandavarkar has penned down eight of the songs from the album. The album is titled as "Baba Mere" and the song with the same name as the album is the special attraction of it. Amit has already composed, sung and recorded the nine songs and Muktika will be singing the tenth one. The singer Amit Kumar said that they are looking forward to create a video, in which Muktika will be seen meeting her grandfather Kishore Kumar in a dream sequence.

Along with this album, Amit Kumar along with his younger brother Sumit Kumar plan to launch an online music company called Kumar Bros Music (KBM).
