After a long wait, Rajinikanth 's much-awaited venture ' Kochadaiiyaan ' illumined the silver screen today. The movie is raising the curiosity among the viewers with its supreme VFX and performances of the lead actors Rajinikanth , Deepika Padukone and Jackie Shroff .
Going by the latest report, ' Kochadaiiyaan ' will have 100 shows across 16 screens in one of the leading multiplexes in Chennai called Mayajaal on Friday. The manager of the multiplex revealed that after seeing the response to the shows, they will decide the number of shows of ' Kochadaiiyaan ' from tomorrow. The film being a very special release, the numbers of shows are increased to 100, as told by the manager.
On the other hand, SPI multiplex in Chennai have sold around 30,000 tickets of ' Kochadaiiyaan ' in advance for Friday, reportedly. The film is releasing across 477 screens in the state, while it will be releasing in around 6000 screens in 10 nations. The theatres in Chennai are decorated with big posters of Rajinikanth and the celebrations of the fans will begin from 3 am, as the first show starts at 4 am on May 23. The fans are visiting temples to make this moment a memorable one and there will be a puja on May 23 in the morning, as stated by a close source.
' Kochadaiiyaan ' is the very first photo-realistic 3D animated motion capture film of India and is helmed by Rajinikanth 's daughter Soundarya Rajnikanth .
