'Krrish 3' walks into legal trouble, writer claims compensation

' Krrish 3 ' has been rounding up the buzz lanes for a while for its amazing concept. Even though some claimed the film to be a adding up features already seen in a Hollywood mutant flick, the makers were widely appreciated for the visual effects solely generated at home (India) without any foreign assistance.

However, the film went on pretty clean till now, has brushed a stain of controversy at the very last minute of its release. As per the sources, a writer Uday Singh Rajput, far from Sagar district, Madhya Pradesh has been claiming that the story used for ' Krrish 3 ' is his own menu-script drafted for 'Krrish 2'. However, now he has been denied a credit in this edition by the makers.

Adding up to the matter, Uday has reportedly stated that he registered his script 'Krrish 2' with 'Film Writers Association' on July 23rd 2008 and soon after met Rakesh Roshan for handling the script. He further added that Roshan assured to pay him if the script is to be used. On the contrary, Roshan not only used the script but denied crediting him, allegedly changing the title to ' Krrish 3 ' instead of the original 'Krrish 2'.

The writer has now moved on to the court claiming himself an compensation of a wholesome 2 crores to be paid by Roshan prior to the release of ' Krrish 3 '. Never-the-less, the petitioner has also alleged that Roshan claimed himself to be the writer of this motion earlier, merely later declared the script to be penned down by Robin Bhatt in front of the honorary court, as per the sources. Whereas, now Rajput has petitioned to hold on the release of ' Krrish 3 ' in India until he has been paid off by the makers for his efforts.

On the whole, director-producer of the sci-fi super hero flick, Rakesh Roshan has filed an admonition to the High Court to grant no such relief to Uday Singh Rajput until and unless he himself is heard into the matter.

' Krrish 3 ' starring Hrithik Roshan , Priyanka Chopra , Vivek Oberoi and Kangana Ranaut is all set to hit the screens on 1st of November, 2013.

Well, now that the film has walked in a huge trouble, just few days prior to its release, the fate of the hugely invested venture is to be decided today on 29th of October as both the applicants, Roshan and Uday walk into the court.
