Sharman Joshi 's currently released film ' Ferrari Ki Sawaari ' has done quite well at the box office and is still running successfully in many theatres. But now he must be annoyed with the steps taken by the makers of one of his films. The film we are referring here is titled as ' 3 Bachelors ', which all of a sudden is going to hit the theatres this weekend.

Pramod Sharma and Manoj Rastogi, the makers of ' 3 Bachelors ' have filed a petition against Sharman in a magistrate court. They claim that in spite of being paid in full, the actor is not promoting the movie. The makers of ' 3 Bachelors ' have confirmed that they have sent him a legal notice. And when the actor did not respond to the notice, they filed a petition in Dindoshi Court.

Sharman Joshi feels that the makers of ' 3 Bachelors ' are trying to encash on the success of ' Ferrari Ki Sawaari ' by releasing their movie approximately 10 years after it was shot. Joshi had starred in ' 3 Bachelors ' when he was not as popular as he is now.

On one hand, Sharman feels that the producers, who have taken legal action are trying to encash his popularity and success today; on the other hand, the makers say that what if the movie was shot 10 years back, they have paid him in full!

What makes Sharman a worried man is that he has created audiences'' goodwill with his FKS and if ' 3 Bachelors ' is released at this time, audiences may think that it is his recent film!
