Meer-E-Kaarwan: A soulful Sufi track, beautifully depicting the feelings of homecoming!

And the tradition is still followed and carry forwarded with the second track from the album of Lucknow Central , titles Meer-E-Kaarwan, which is a fusion track between Acoustic and Sufi genre making it a transcending love ballad! The video of Meer-E-Kaarwan, takes us on the journey of homecoming, of how each character went back to their base. Whether on payroll or released, the feeling of coming back home and meeting people that meant world to you, is a different level of joy, which is depicted in this song! The song and it’s video also shares their character details with us, as how character of Inaamulhaq , Rajesh Sharma , Deepak Dobriyal and Gippy Grewal react when they meet their beloved and little glimpse of what their characters are!

So far in his career, Rochak Kohli is known for his soulful acoustic genre music and Meer-E-Kaarwan is one unique addition to his collection. Every Sufi song has its soul more gravitated towards lyrics and music aspect is just complementary, and the lyrics of this song is done by Adheesh Verma! Although the song is mainly sung by current singing sensations Amit Mishra and Neeti Mohan , it would be more interesting to at least hear Farhan Akhtar ’s rendition of this song in the reprised version of the album.
