'Miss Lovely' to have a wide commercial release in India and overseas
The upcoming film 'Miss Lovely' will be having a wide commercial release in India with more than 400 prints as well as in US.

The upcoming film ' Miss Lovely ' is getting ready for a wide commercial release in India with 400 plus prints on January 17. The debut directorial venture by Ashim Ahluwalia , features the ace actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui and the former Miss India Niharika Singh .
Easel Films Distributor BL Gautam said that the makers are looking forward to nationwide release and will encompass the prime regions including the North Eastern states. White Lion Co-distributor Sunny Khanna stated that "Initially, when we were planning the release of ' Miss Lovely ', we were sure of going about with just 225-250 screens. But after seeing the overwhelming response from the multiplexes, theatre owners, exhibitors and distributors pan India; we are looking at 400 plus screens and a decent number of shows." The edgy-flick ' Miss Lovely ' was also premiered at Cannes and bagged the Best Film Award at the 14th Mumbai Film Festival (MAMI). The US will see the film hitting the screens in March 2014, reportedly.
Apparently, the film ' Miss Lovely ' spotlights on Mumbai's "C" grade film industry and narrates the ruining tale of two brothers, who used to produce dodgy horror movies in the mid-1980's. ' Miss Lovely ' is produced by Shumona Goel under the banner of Future East Film and also features Anil George .
