He was seen in Vidya Balan starrer ' Kahaani ' and in the film ' Traffic '. Now, Parambrata Chatterjee is all set to come up with his upcoming release ' Yaara Silly Silly ' on November 6. Parambrata talked about this by saying that "It's directed by Subhash Sehgal who has edited Gulzar Saab's films. It features me and Paoli Dam in a cute love story about two people in love who separate and meet again after many years. I liked the fact that it saluted the cinema of Gulzar Saab. It's complete,"
The blockbuster ' Kahaani ' was a turning point in the career of Parambrata. In Bengali movies, Parambrata and Raima Sen get along so well that they are being called as a real-life pair in Bengal. "My girlfriend Ike Schouten laughs over my marriage rumours. Raima and I are so often together we end up spending more time in each other's company than with our family,". For four years, Parambrata and Ike are seeing each other and have a good relationship.
