Bollywood is blessed with certain gems that can go to any extent or transform themselves completely into a new character. One of such gems is Nawazuddin Siddiqui ! He puts shade after shaded to play one of the most intriguing characters, and this time he did it again. Recently at Cannes film festival, Nawazuddin’s new character look for his upcoming movie Manto , directed by actor-turned-director Nandita Das . And, fans across the border are dumbstruck!
Nawazuddin being known to play intricate characters from films like Raman Raghav, Badlapur and even Kick. The actor also never shy away to change his entire persona like we’ve seen in Manjhi-The Mountain Man. Even in his one of the upcoming movies Mom, where he transformed himself to the level of unrecognizable.
Again, with this new look from Manto in looks compellingly intellectual, like the one that can literally speak to your soul and have a conversation with it. As per the prediction goes, Manto would be a biographical movie about an Indo-Pakistani Writer, who was considered to be one of the best of the golden era. The poster itself gives hint about something, with the quote, “If you cannot bear these stories, it is because we live in unbearable times,” which could make you challenge the reality around, regardless of which time period this movie sets in.
