After rocking the masses in 2017, the supremely talented Rajkummar Rao has some amazing movies lined up this year as well. While he is shooting for ‘ Stree ’ opposite Shraddha Kapoor , he is subsequently shooting for Shelly Chopra ’s ‘ Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga ’ as well. The actor shared a pic from the sets of the film and what a happy-happy moment it feels by looking at it. He tweeted the pic, captioning, “Friends turned family. The movie started in Punjab last month and Rao joined the team today.
Chopra’s upcoming film is an emotional cum humourous family drama, which stars Sonam Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao as the leads. The film will also mark the first-ever collaboration of Anil Kapoor and Sonam and interestingly, the two will be playing the father-daughter role in the movie as well. The Shelly Chopra ’s film also reunites Anil and Juhi Chawla , who were last seen in 2007’s film, Salaam–E–Ishq .
Produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra and Rajkumar Hirani Films, ELKDTAL is slated to release on 12th October 2018.
