Ranbir Kapoor happy about release of 'Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani' in Russia

And finally Ranbir Kapoor 's film ' Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani ' is going to hit the Indian theatres on May 31. Well, there is one more reason for Ranbir to feel on cloud nine these days. ' Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani ' is going to release in Russia and the actor is much happy to present his work in Russia, as he has a special connection with this country from the side of his grandfather, Raj Kapoor .

It is really needless to mention that Ranbir is starring with his ex-flame Deepika Padukone in this film and it is directed by Ayan Mukherjee . This would be the first and foremost project of Ranbir to release in Russia.

Ranbir said, his grandfather had achieved much popularity in Russia, creating a huge fan base in the country. The Russian people offered huge love to Ranbir's grandfather Raj Kapoor . Ranbir believes Russia is becoming a grand market for Indian movies. The actor mentioned that Indian film market is extended globally in the nations like China, Brazil and Japan. Now, Russia is also coming in the picture and it will be great to expand our market in this country too, Ranbir told.

The cast of the very popular song 'Jeena Yahan Marna Yahan' from the movie ' Mera Naam Joker ' contained a Russian beauty called Kseniya Ryabinkina. At the Moscow International Film Festival, the legendary actor Raj Kapoor was a jury.
