Actor Amit Sadh is all set to play an important role in filmmaker Reema Kagti ’s upcoming film Gold . Also starring Akshay Kumar and Mouni Roy in lead roles, the film is being bankrolled by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani under Excel Entertainment . Talking about director Reema Kagti , Sadh says that he is a fan of her films. "I think she makes amazing movies. It's a sports film.” It is the film time when Sadh is collaborating with Kagti.
As we all know that Amit started his career with television before foraying films. The actor hasn't done anything on television after making his crossover to movie almost a decade ago. However, Amit says that he never looked down upon television as the medium helped him shape his career.
"Wherever I am today, TV has a big role. All my TV producers, directors, actors and colleagues have really made me into the guy I am today. So, I've never looked down on television. Wherever there's good work, I'm ready to be there," Amit said.
