Rishi Kapoor to play a cop in the Hindi remake of a Spanish thriller
Kapoor will shortly be seen in Umesh Shukla's 102 Not Out, a film based on father-son relationship.

Seasoned actor Rishi Kapoor , who is gearing up for the release of his upcoming film 102 Not Out , has reportedly been signed to play the role of a police officer in the Hindi remake of Oriol Paulo’s hit Spanish thriller El Cuerpo. The actor will investigate the mystery that the whole film revolves around.
To be directed by Malayalam filmmaker Jeethu Joseph, the yet-to-be-titled film features Emraan Hashmi in the lead role. It will be the first time when Hashmi shares the screen space with the veteran actor.
Before a remake in Hindi, El Cuerpo has been unofficially remade in Malayalam as Vettah, in Tamil as Oru Melliya Kodu, in Kannada as Game and in Telugu as Notuku Potu.
The regular shooting of the suspense thriller is expected to begin in May and will continue for 45 days.
